Meet The Owners
Chris Kightly – From 2004-2013, Chris has served as a CEO for a niche industry in the recycling world where he developed his communication skills between the US government and fortune 500 companies. He traveled the world to help transform the recycling industry with his patented technology. After selling the company in 2013 Chris founded Meet the Challenge, a Christian non-profit in the San Francisco Bay Area that placed the homeless. He worked side by side with the Salvation Army, Teen Challenge, City Team and over 25 Churches in the area to help the less fortunate. Later, Chris served on Staff with Calvary Chapel San Jose as a bible teacher and overseeing the high school ministry through 2016. While working at the church in 2014, Builder Joe/ Buildcommercial.com was established. In 2017 Chris relocated to San Diego continuing to teach the bible and grow the construction business. From ground up design/ build in both residential and commercial applications his dream was to build a home on the Sea of Cortez that would create an experience of cultural and visual appreciation while bringing a cutting edge design to fit the Mexican landscape.
Michelle Kightly – Has been in the real estate industry for over 27 years and a broker for more than 23 years. She currently runs and operates a boutique real estate and mortgage company in San Diego, Trinity Real Estate Services. The previous company that she founded, and was the broker, had over 400 agents and was rated one of the top leading mortgage brokerages at that time. Michelle also helps with all the back-end for Builder Joe, Inc with the same drive she has for Trinity. She currently serves at her local church as a leader in biblical teaching for women studies, grief share and a local pregnancy center.
